The Sara Eltang line, named after Tom Eltang's daughter, offers the Danish carver's iconic finishing and shaping style at a price point more readily accessible compared to his artisan pieces. This saddle-stemmed Billiard, like all Sara Eltang pipes, was fashioned and finished by Tom himself, and showcases the iconic design through Tom's own lens. A simple design, this piece showcases the soft lines and supple curves characteristic of Danish pipe making, with the bowl slightly rounded and with cheeking about the transition. It wears an alluring contrast stain to highlight gorgeous grain and has been rendered in a versatile, compact size, yet without having sacrificed chamber depth.
