This Billiard by Johannes Hoffmann presents the traditional shape in Nosewarmer proportions. The iconic bowl features a slight forward cant, a pronounced heel, and a gentle taper to the rim. Out back, an slim shank-and-stem arrangement keeps the profile slim, and in doing so draws attention to the bowl, making it the centerpiece of the composition. Additionally, a light-hued chestnut stain highlights fetching vertical grain on the bowl and tightly-packed birdseye on the underside, while the jet-black vulcanite stem offers a traditional counterpart to the smooth finish.
