Danish Estates: Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation (1982) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-001-34744

Erik Stokkebye's 4th Generation "1982" is a stoutly proportioned straight Dublin and shares a name with Stokkebye's popular 1982 aromatic tobacco blend. Typically, the family brand's mixtures commemorate the birthdates of historic Stokkebye family members, but 1982 is an outlier, instead honoring the company's 100th anniversary. As a pipe, this "1982" was designed and fashioned by Peder Jeppesen of Neerup, representing the Danish maker's signature, muscular style. The bowl displays a subtle flare to the rim while keeping the base considerably robust and the walls quite stout for a squat, almost Pot-like aesthetic. It's handsome presented here in a warm, grain-defining smooth finish.
