Danish Estates: Kriswill Bernadotte Sandblasted Bent Dublin (1849) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-001-36284
This bent Dublin from Kriswill carries a subtle yet palpable sense of momentum throughout its design, its forward-urging bowl formed by flaring walls rising from the softened heel toward the rounded rim. A wide transition out back offers plenty of room for a thumb to rest, giving way to a gently lifting oval shank that joins to a demurely downturned saddle stem, the pair lending the profile a gestural disposition. The stummel wears a crisp, earthy sandblast that reveals horizontal growth rings at the fore and aft of the bowl and handsome birdseye across both flanks.
