Stanwell's "193" bent Apple pairs a plump, full-bodied bowl to an upturned shank and an abbreviated saddle stem of jet-black vulcanite, the latter of which is gently downturned for a comfortable smoking posture. The overall shape is lightweight and comfortable in hand, and it boasts a good bit of chamber within its bowl's thick insulating walls. This particular rendition, dated to sometime between the 1970s and 1990s, is presented in a walnut smooth finish, which accentuates the natural grain orientation of the briar rather brilliantly.
