This is actually the Sixten Ivarsson Ukulele shape (often sold by PipeDan). We might call this a tomato today, as to not confuse it with the common Tom Eltand Ukulele shape (which has become synonymous with the name/shape). The wide base makes for a pipe that will sit and wobble on the desk and still fall on it's bottom if tipped to a full 89-degrees (I just tested it).
