English Estates: Dunhill Shell Briar Christmas 'Twelve Lords a-Leaping' (5102) (327/500) (2004) (Unsmoked)

Product Number: 004-002-13720

Here's an unsmoked Dunhill Christmas pipe from 2004, the year that "Twelve Lords a-Leaping" from the song "Twelve Days of Christmas" was the theme. Fine silverwork commends this piece, from the band around the rim to the wide sterling fitment, and also including the silver tamper that was included with each Christmas pipe. Here the tamper reflects twelve figures leaping from a castle parapet, and the silver band at the shank end is inscribed "Twlve Lords a leaping." It's a beautiful bent Billiard with the classic proportions one would expect from Dunhill. Included are the original leather bound book presentation case and outer box.
