English Estates: Charatan's Make Sandblasted (484 DC) (1961-1965) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-14196
A stout-walled, deep-chambered number from Charatan's here, this early '60s era Poker features a plumper style of bowl like a Tankard, with a high-set transition and an elegantly downturned saddle stem for a bit of extra dynamism. It sits readily on any flat surface, and the sandblasted finish is quite nice, revealing some lovely grain all around. The chamber is slightly out-of-round due to charring, but this piece has cleaned up quite nicely.
