English Estates: Dunhill Shell Briar with Silver Army Mount (3122)

Product Number: 004-002-17368

Dunhill's "22" Poker/Tankard is a rarity here; we've received only a couple before this one, which is fitted with a silver army mount. One was a Group 3 Tanshell and the other a Group 5 Shell Briar. This offering is a combination of the two: a Group 3 Shell Briar. It's small enough to slip in a pocket and lightweight enough to clench, yet without omitting chamber space. The addition of the silver mount accentuates the shape's inherent sturdiness as well as contrasts the stummel's dark sandblast. Lovely piece.
