English Estates: Comoy's Extraordinaire II Smooth Bent Brandy (1697) (pre-1980) (Unsmoked)
Product Number: 004-002-19332
Comoy's "Extraordinaire" stamping indicates a pipe that is unusual in some way, usually being oversized. That's the case in this piece, which is a Brandy in modified traditional style, though rendered in large proportions. As you might expect, it features a great deal of bowl and chamber up front, as well as a lengthy, thick shank behind. In unsmoked condition and displaying a great deal of birdseye grain along both flanks, it's an all-around solid piece from Comoy's.- Chuck Stanion
