English Estates: Comoy's Extraordinaire II Smooth Bent Dublin (1692) (pre-1980) (Unsmoked)
Product Number: 004-002-19333
This is a large and enchanting pipe from Comoy's, its tri-part "C" logo indicating it was crafted sometime before 1980. Not quite large enough for it to have earned the "800" series stamp (which would indicate a Magnum), but a bowl and chamber this large certainly had me thinking in that direction. The Extraordinaire stamp is used on any shape that can be lengthier or larger than the classic (even by just a little bit). That being said, this is an incredibly broad bent Dublin design, featuring a flattened base but lacking the ability to sit unassisted. There's ample chamber space to savor your favorite blends and the off-set saddle stem further contributes to its whimsical silhouette. Unsmoked.- Chuck Stanion
