This Ashton bent Apple packs plenty of bowl and pretty stout walls, yet keeps the profile looking easy and elegant, thanks to a gracefully bent saddle stem, and a neat dip, lift, and elongation to the transition and line of the underside. And besides making for a nice silhouette, all that also happens to result in a shape that's both firm and natural in hand as well. It's all finished in the dark, well-textured sandblast of the Pebble Grain finish, which has unveiled a captivating array of ring grain around the plump bowl.
