English Estates: Barling's Make Ye Olde Wood Fossil Pot (409) (T.V.F.) (EXEXEL) (Pre-Transition)
Product Number: 004-002-19301
I have a great deal of respect for these Pre-Transition Barlings. J.T. Cooke has often spoken about how impressive the old Barlings are, having refurbished and repaired thousands. Someone in that factory developed and employed many internal engineering characteristics found in artisan pipes today. Barling was ahead of its time, and finding one in a shape you like from this era is rare enough to take advantage when opportunity presents itself. Finished in a remarkably craggy sandblast and as imbued with character as one could want, this Barling Pot appears to be the kind of smoker that will provide contentment for a lifetime.- Chuck Stanion
