English Estates: Dunhill Bruyere 'Innertube' Patent (A) (89) (pre-1921)

Product Number: 004-002-19648

This petite, fine-looking Bulldog from Dunhill was crafted before 1921 and is of nosewarmer length, ideal for tucking into a pocket. A subtle ridgeline is displayed instead of the traditional twin beadlines, while the clean, crisp lines of the diamond shank and saddle stem provide a respectable contrast to the bowl's curves. Dressed in Dunhill's ruby-tinged Bruyere finish, this pipe still exhibits remarkably clear cross grain and beguiling birdseye throughout the stummel. Handsome and classic, this pipe is indeed a rare find. Condition-wise, it should be noted that the stem dot is a replacement and the button is slightly worn down, but neither of those things will impact the pipe's performance.
