Askwith's signature Weathered Bone finish is simply gorgeous, producing a crisp, tantalizing texture while bringing out an array of grain patterns you just won't find on a traditional sandblasted pipe. While we've seen Chris apply this theme to a variety of shapes, this is among the largest we've seen from the English artisan. It's a tall and sturdy Poker design, yet it's still firmly rooted in Askwith's "classics for extroverts" aesthetic — contrasting the pale virgin briar with a unique polyester mouthpiece in myriad hues and shades. What's more, this piece is still unsmoked and should develop a lovely patina with time and use.
