An upright, relatively compact Cherrywood, this Ashton rendition pairs the classic form's tall, cylindrical bowl with a gently curling shank and jet-black saddle stem out back, for a pleasant compositional balance. Accented by a broad, silver band that tastefully contrasts the dark, Pebble Grain sandblasted finish, this piece should also be able to sit stably when fully packed.
