English Estates: Dunhill Shilling Bent Dublin (HT) (2001) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-31627
Stamped with the "HT" nomenclature indicating a hand-turned bowl, this bent Dublin from Dunhill features a gently flared, forwarded canted bowl with thick, well-insulated walls. The front wall of the bowl, which is more rounded than a typical Dublin, sweeps gently along the underside of the bowl into the slender yet firm square paneled shank, making for a sleek, graceful transition before continuing into a gently downturned cumberland stem. The striking ring grain is perfectly accentuated by a richly textured sandblast befitting the English brand's Shilling stamp, and the matching red and black hues of both the stummel and stem make this a truly elegant offering from one of the heavyweight marques of the pipe world.
