While the taller bowl and higher-set beadlines of this Rhodesian do give it a leaner look in profile, overall the scale is still quite large, being one of Ashton's "LX" designated pieces. That, of course, translates to a whole lot of chamber depth and breadth alike — all in a design that's still very trim and lean of line and form. All that blasted grain certainly doesn't hurt things either.
