English Estates: Dunhilll Chestnut (1110) (2009) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-002-31912

A pocket pipe of distinction, this Dunhill "10" Liverpool is rendered in timeless English style. With balanced proportions in a convenient size, the pert bowl is perched at the end of an extended round shank and tapered cumberland stem, for a classic silhouette. Dressed in Dunhill's Chestnut finish, the stummel boasts swirling grain accentuated by its deep brown stain, a perfect pairing with its umber and black brindled stem.

A sibling to the Cumberland, Dunhill's Chestnut finish was inaugurated in 1983 to commemorate the closing of the Cumberland Rd. warehouse for which the Cumberland finish was named. Like the Cumberland, pipes in the Chestnut line wear the same dark, smoky stain and are fitted to stems of cumberland but feature a silky smooth, glossy finish compared to the Cumberland's rugged sandblast.
