This Tomato from Dunhill features a plump, low-slung bowl that's poised at the fore of an upturned oval shank and a subtly bent tapered stem. The bowl tapers from its plump, rounded heel to its tauter rim, and as it does, it produces a low-set waistline that protrudes outward at the front of the bowl. The flat, minimalist lines of the shank and stem keep the overall form streamlined in profile, drawing attention the bowl and its chubby build. A ruby-hued sandblast dresses the stummel and unveils rippling growth rings across the flanks of the bowl.
