English Estates: AOC Keystone Smooth Bent Billiard with Silver (early 1900s) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-33687
Made by the Adolph Oppenheimer Company in the early 20th century, this archetypal bent Billiard is a true collector's piece, one of only two pipes from AOC that we've seen here at Smokingpipes. The pert, rounded bowl rests on a soft heel at the fore of a curved round shank adorned with a broad silver band. Out back, a comfortably bent vulcanite stem offers an effortless clench. Dressed in a light chestnut finish, the stummel displays fine flame grain around the bowl, making this a fine example of traditional English pipe making.
