English Estates: Charatan's Make Free Hand Relief Dublin Sitter (Extra Large) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-002-36719

Charatan boasts a long, well-respected history of pipe making, with Frederick Charatan founding the business in 1863. Known for their whimsical shaping style compared to other English marques, this strikingly tall straight Dublin fits right into that tradition. The bowl is more than two inches tall with a subtle flare and firm, flattened heel beneath it which allows for easy sitting atop a flat surface. Out back, a straight stretch of shank and a sleek saddle stem lend a nice balance to the imposing bowl, the vintage nature of this piece lending it an alluring, timeless charm. A crisp, dark sandblast dresses the stummel of this piece, revealing a rippling pattern of growth rings cascading down the bowl.
