English Estates: Charatan's Make Special Skater (2654DC) Tobacco Pipe

Though rightly considered a classic marque, Charatan has had quite a history of making shapes you won't find on any standard chart. That being said, the Skater technically is a classic — just one of those less-commonly-seen designs. Rakish and angular, this Skater poses a striking profile with a pointed heel and pinched waistline, its bowl canting forward gesturally. This particular example wears a warm, grain-defining stain and comes paired to a demurely curved saddle stem of jet-black vulcanite.
