English Estates: Ben Wade Ruby Rusticated Canadian Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-34603
One of the oldest names in British pipe making, Ben Wade was founded in 1860 in Leeds, England, where they produced pipes for over 100 years. Later on, Ben Wade moved everywhere from London to Denmark, leaving behind an eclectic legacy. This Canadian by Ben Wade is a hearty rendition of the shape, as the robust, hand-filling bowl is paired to a stout ovoid shank, imbuing the piece with a weighty balance. The pipe is topped off with an abbreviated tapered stem fashioned from jet-black vulcanite, an understated complement to the dark-hued rustication that dresses the stummel in a craggy texture.
