Featuring a hearty, prominent bowl at the fore of the composition, this "252" Pot from Imperial Treble carries an almost Italian neoclassical demeanor. The bowl is squat and broad, its thick walls traveling straight from the rounded heel toward the flat rim. Out back is a an arrow-straight shank-and-stem arrangement, with the stem's gradual taper lending this piece a streamlined profile. Additionally, the stummel possesses a flattened underside, allowing the pipe to sit comfortably on level surfaces. A chestnut smooth finish dresses this piece and reveals handsome grain all throughout.
