This Dublin is a striking example of the shape from Coldstream, taking the timeless profile and extending the shank quite a bit, enhancing its presence through a compressed, ovoid shaping. Up front, the bowl stands at the end of this shank and cants forward gently, its walls taking on a measured flare up to the rim and affording the smooth, light finish plenty of room to showcase handsome grain. A black vulcanite saddle stem completes this composition and lends it a look reminiscent of the Lumberman.
