The bowl stands with an upright posture, formed by sturdy walls for ample substance in the hand. From a subtly defined transition, a muscular shank emerges and meets a gradually tapering stem of jet-black vulcanite. Beneath an inky stain, the stummel wears a crisp rustication that offers a wealth of tactile detail to appreciate across the ample bowl.
