English Estates: Dunhill County (3103) (2015) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-37243
Endowed with a softly curving bowl and displaying a slight cant, this Group 3 Billiard by Dunhill presents a svelte, continuously tapering shank-and-stem arrangement out back, resulting in a pleasant visual contrast. This piece is dressed in the warm, earthy color palette of the County finish and wears a beautiful, complementary cumberland stem. Additionally, this is a great Sitter, due to the flattened underside of the shank and bowl.
Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.
