Originally known as "Blufeld's Best Briars," BBB eventually transitioned to "Britain's Best Briars" after the death of Louis Blumfeld. The company produced the first pipe to have a registered trademark and is still one of the oldest brands still in production. This "651" Billiard from BBB is an elegant and sophisticated rendition of the conventional shape. From a rounded heel, the columnar walls of the bowl rise to meet a flat rim that looks into a spacious tobacco chamber. Out back, the gradually tapering shank-and-stem combination completes the classic silhouette of a Billiard, appealing to those looking for a traditional design. The jet-black vulcanite stem is an ideal companion for the handsome ruby stain dressing the stummel.
