BBB stands for "Britain's Best Briars" today, though when it was founded in 1860 it was as "Bloomfield's Best Briars." A storied English marque with over a century of history behind it, BBB presents us with this "106," a handsome take on the old Stack Billiard that features a tall, cylindrical bowl set to an arrow-straight, proportionally trim shank and stem configuration — producing quite the striking silhouette in profile. The slender combination stretching away out back places further emphasis on the bowl, magnifying its height while keeping the weight light. It's finished here in a deep ruby contrast stain and a subtle gloss, highlighting a handsome pattern of grain to appreciate.
