English Estates: BBB Smooth Dublin with Silver (1903) (Replacement Stem) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-37810
Originally known as "Blufeld's Best Briars", the BBB eventually transitioned to "Britain's Best Briars" after the death of Louis Blumfeld. The company produced the first pipe to have a registered trademark and is still one of the oldest brands still in production today. This "1903" Billiard from BBB is a lightweight option that provides a pleasing feel in hand as well as between the teeth. The eyes are immediately drawn to the thick silver accent band wrapped around the junction, adding a pop of shine to the classic design. In line with a traditional Billiard, the walls of the bowl rise cylindrically to meet the flat rim. A slimmer, tapered stem is found out back, its gradual narrowing lending further sleekness to this design.
