Founded as H. Willmer & Son, venerated English marque Willmer crafted pipes for over 60 years before closing in 2006. This bent Apple Sitter by Wilmer boasts a profile reminiscent of the Prince shape, complete with a broad, squat bowl that's supported by a gently curved shank-and-stem arrangement. Said bowl stands atop a flat, sure-sitting heel and grows thick walls that curve upward into a flat rim. The aforementioned shank-and-stem arrangement lends a subtle sinuosity to the shape and ensures a comfortable smoking posture. Dressing this piece is a ruddy smooth finish that highlights healthy grain throughout the stummel.
