English Estates: GBD New Standard Panel (676) (pre-1980) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-002-38223

Crafted prior to 1980, this "676" Panel from GBD is an interesting interpretation of the shape, with its namesake panels surrounding the bowl in a diamond pattern. Not only this, but these panels are set in between rounded outcroppings of briar that, while firm, aren't quite ridgelines and contribute a softer feel in hand. This uniquely shaped bowl is paired to a svelte length of shank and stem that places the bowl at the forefront of ones attention, the wide transition easily able to accommodate a draped digit. Dressed in a dark auburn stain, this piece reveals handsome grain throughout the stummel, and its black stem affords it a classic, timeless look.
