English Estates: Savoy Smooth Billiard (772) (by BBB) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-38840
Today BBB stands for "Britain's Best Briars," though when it was founded in 1860 it was known as "Bloomfield's Best Briars." The company produced the first pipe to have a registered trademark and is still one of the oldest brands. An archetypal rendition of the classic shape, this Billiard from Savoy pairs a cylindrical bowl at the fore of an arrow-straight shank-and-stem combination. Dressed in a chestnut stain, the stummel showcases swirls of birdseye along the face of the bowl.
