English Estates: Ben Wade Selected Grain Sandblasted Bulldog (33) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-38868
With a storied history dating back to the 1860's, the Ben Wade brand is best known for its "Danish era" when the company partnered with the legendary Preden Holm to create Freehands in Copenhagen. This Bulldog is a more reserved offering from the workshop, demonstrating classic shaping cues that are sure to cater to fans of timeless silhouettes. Up front, the traditionally inclined bowl sits atop a pointed heel as its walls rise to a soft ridgeline. Diamond paneling along the shank and saddle stem pay further homage to the the shape-chart standard, with the former sandblasted to highlight impressive growth rings.
