English Estates: Unknown Special Collection Smooth Dublin Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-002-39556
With its steadily flared bowl and exceedingly muscular shank, this Dublin is quite the strapping specimen. The bowl of this offering is classically conical with a firm, angular heel. Behind the bowl, a cheeked, angular transition gives way to an incredibly robust shank that provides ample room to rest one's fingers. In general, this Dublin's shapely build provides plenty of space to showcase the briar's beautiful grain patterns: A sea of birdseye swirls along the rim and shank while a dense forest of flame grain decorates the bowl. Paired to smooth-finished, chestnut-stained stummel is a saddle stem with strapping shoulders that match the muscularity of the shank. Beyond the shoulders, the lengthy bit stretches out with a gracile bend.
