French Estates: G.V.G. Smooth Bent Egg (Threaded Bone Tenon) (c.1920s-1930s) (Unsmoked)

Product Number: 004-003-3219

An unsmoked pipe from the 1920s or '30s, the "G.V.G." stamp stands for Georges Vincent-Genod. The lip button is rounded, as would be expected from a pipe of this era. The squared shank blends smoothly into the bowl for some angular geometry to contrast the smooth curvature of the bowl, which has nice mixed cross-grain. Unsmoked, but with some small scratches.
