This Apple from Jean Lacroix is a large rendition of the classic shape. At the fore, a plump bowl rises from a soft heel, its walls tapering slightly as they reach toward a flat rim. Said bowl houses a fairly deep tobacco chamber, making this piece ideal for enjoyers of long, leisurely smoking sessions. Married to the bowl is a sturdy, circular shank that pairs to a tapering stem of black vulcanite. Dressing the stummel is a chestnut stain that highlights lovely birdseye along the left flank of the bowl.
