German Estates: Vauen Stripe (131) (9mm) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-005-6634
With roots dating to 1848, Vauen is Germany's largest and oldest pipe making marque, boasting decades of innovations such as the 9mm pipe filter — a feature the majority of their pipes still utilize today. Designed by Sven Dogs, Vauen's Stripe series features pipes that present a thoroughly modern aesthetic. The line takes its name from the colorful acrylic strips that wrap around the bowl of each piece. The vibrant color scheme is also continued at the shank end, featuring an acrylic ring of the same color separating the stem from the stummel. It's seen here in a black and white variation, adorning the marque's "131" Brandy shape. It's a uniquely modern design that's sure to start some conversations.
