Irish Estates: Peterson Pipe of the Year 2024 Heritage (P-Lip) (634/1100) Tobacco Pipe

The Pipe of the Year series stands as Peterson of Dublin's most premium limited-edition release and an annual tradition the marque has continued since 1997. Many iterations of the series revive shapes from old Peterson shape charts, but for 2024, the Irish marque offers an entirely unique entry to the POTY line: being not only a brand new design, not only the first fully bent Rhodesian in the Irish marque's catalogue, but also the first new System shape since the B42 Darwin. Designed by Peterson's pipe specialist Giacomo Penzo, the 2024 POTY, while new, hearkens back to the pipes fashioned during Peterson's Patent era and features the marque's System characteristics, including a broad sterling silver, wear gap-style army mount, metal chimney, internal moisture reservoir, and iconic P-lip stem. Serialized out of 1,100, each 2024 POTY is presented in one of the Irish marque's iconic finishes, with this particular example dressed in the Heritage finish.
