Italian Estates: Caminetto Rusticated Bent Apple with Silver (8.L.10)

Product Number: 004-006-25984

A big, bold, Italian neoclassical take on the bent Apple, this Caminetto piece features a visually heavy, wonderfully plump bowl followed by an abbreviated, upward-flicking shank. The sterling silver accents at the shank end and stem base offer a nice balance to all that extra visual weight lent to the bowl, while also providing a bit of flash to contrast the extra-dark rustication of the stummel. It emulates the look of a spigot mount but maintains a standard tenon arrangement.
