Italian Estates: Castello Collection Freehand Orlando 2012 (06.20)

Product Number: 004-006-29276

This Castello Freehand was crafted back in 2012 for the Retail Tobacco Dealers of America (RTDA) show, now known as the International Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailers (IPCPR) show. Only 20 pieces were made, and each one, while all being Freehands, are utterly unique in regards to exact form and finish. What really steals the show is the finish and shaping as each pipe features a craggy plateau-crowned rim, while the lower bowl and shank are completely covered in an extra dark, rugged rustication. The towering bowl rises from the rustication in a proud, torch-like manner, with the bowl's flame grain pattern further promoting the piece's fiery theme. It's an extremely limited-edition piece from the venerable workshop and there's no telling when another one from 2012 will show up as an estate.
