Italian Estates: Becker Partially Sandblasted Bent Dublin (Two Clubs) (2015)

Product Number: 004-006-29421

Federico Becker's shaping style is most often marked by pipes with pointed heels and a striking, angular disposition. Such elements are well represented in this bent Dublin, making it easily recognized as the work of the Italian artisan. The stem is barely downturned, and the pipes bent posture is, instead, informed by the crisp angle of transition, which also accounts for the pointed nature of the heel. Combining with the handsome shaping is an immaculate finish — sandblasted ring grain intersecting with vertical streaks and topped with a smooth rim full of birdseye whose stain complements the cumberland stem.
