A muscular Billiard of robust proportions that offers a substantial in-hand presence, this pipe from Dorelio Rovera of Ardor presents a stunning show of grain: The bowl is marked by streaks of flame grain that border on cross grain in their orientation, leaving birdseye across the rim and near side of the bowl. The honey-blonde stain offers wonderful definition of that grain, and the color palette is made all the more lively by the acrylic stem's swirling, lavender hues.
