Italian Estates: Castello Collection Chubby Bent Billiard (KK) (2018)
Product Number: 004-006-30659
Castello has many designs sought after by collectors. The "55" bent Pot certainly comes to mind, accompanied by the Italian workshop's "10" shape, seen here. A chubby iteration of the Billiard, the "10" design is affectionately dubbed "Brucianaso," translating to "nose burner" in Italian. These pieces are characterized as short, stubby pipes whose compact size is more than made up for by muscular proportions throughout. This particular rendition is paired to a slightly downturned stem and wears an alluringly smoky contrast stain to highlight flame grain.
