To my eye, there's a reassuring, Author-like plumpness in hand to this Radice Clear Rhodesian, and if it were fashioned sans-beadline, and sporting just a touch of downward turn in profile, I'd surely have no problem with that moniker. As it is, it makes a rather chubby, though handy and compact, Rhodesian rendition, displaying an electric display of flame on all flanks, highlighted by the Clear finish's striking contrast stain and complemented by a stout, jet black acrylic stem.
