Italian Estates: Luigi Viprati Smooth Cherrywood (Four Clover) Tobacco Pipe

Though not as sinuously bent as past pieces we've seen from Luigi Viprati, this Cherrywood does display a lithe, graceful bend to its mouthpiece. It's also somewhat on the reserved side in its execution, though maintains Viprati's penchant for bowl-centric designs, with the tall, cylindrical bowl being the focal point of this piece. However, as expected from a Viprati piece, the grain orientation on this piece is beautiful, with streaks of vertical grain cascading down the bowl and whorls of birdseye dominating the underside. Two trim bands of briar accent the stem base before the mouthpiece ends in a gentle downturn.
