A muscular, full-bodied rendition of the bent Dublin, this piece from Luigi Viprati boasts a tall, forward-canted bowl that flares from its firm heel to its broad, plateau-crowned rim. The shank-and-stem arrangement curls away from the low-set, muscular transition and strikes a fluid S-curve out back that promotes a comfortable smoking posture. A smoky, auburn-hued smooth finish dresses the stummel and highlights fine strands of flame grain on either flank of the bowl.
