Italian Estates: Rinaldo Collection Bent Pot (Fiammata) (Odissea) (03) (SL 3) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-006-34583
A stocky, muscular shape, this bent Pot from Rinaldo features a broad, stout bowl that fills the fingers with thick insulating walls and offers a softly chamfered rim that should aid in the loading of a favored blend. The bowl, in typical Italian neoclassical style, holds most of the visual weight within the composition, overshadowing the comparatively svelte shank-and-stem arrangement that trails out back. The saddle stem makes the slightest of downturns towards its bit, ensuring a comfortable smoking posture. A smoky, auburn-hued, smooth finish dresses the stummel and showcases fine streaks of flame grain as they rise to a rim populated with birdseye. A metallic band across the shank end adds a dose of flash to the pipe in profile, for further visual appeal.
