Italian Estates: T. Cristiano Metamorfosi Partially Rusticated Billiard with Silver (50) (C1) (9mm) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Here's an unsmoked, sterling silver-banded straight Billiard from the late Thomas Cristiano, who passed in 2005. I can't imagine a pipe with better bang-for-the-buck. I've always found Thomas' pipes, at least with the stems on the Cristiano designs, to reveal a similar vision to that of Mastro de Paja, a brand he distributed from Tampa for many years. A pipe maker from the time he was 16 years old, when he arrived in the U.S. from Italy, Thomas' pipes are a bargain these days. This one is unsmoked.
